I have just had a part time assistant appointed and am looking for resources to help our relationship more effective. I like the discipline of meeting with P regularly - it is a good way to quicky move through tasks and information. Recently, I started to share my file system so P can use that to help me. The next step is the obvious one and to get P to read the book by David Allen - Getting Things Done.
What was interesting to me as I read the list was the internal reaction I had to the idea of letting someone else process my inbox. I can see the wisdom but I just had this emotional recognition. There is something there about losing control I guess.
