folders for the briefcase
I really like this idea by Chris Metcalf to use those clear folders you see around. In the past I have used plain manilla files but found that things can fall out. So, I moved to those file folders with the fold over. Yet, these clear folders have some advantages-
1/ If you have a document you reference regualarly, you can pop that at the front and be able to reference it without opening the file
2/ they fold very flat and don’t take up much room
3/ by using the color cards they can be reused with ease
4/ and most importantly they look cool
I have noticed in the past that there are different colors available - I wonder if that could be used to advantage.
Perhaps a different color for reference files and action files or even just a different color for the inbox so you can find it quickly and easily.

Hi, that looks pretty good. I am now carrying around something which is a bit too bulky and this look spretty slim. I will give it a try
