fireftp
This is one of my most well-used firefox extensions. For those who use ftp regularly or are bloggers who need to upload images to their site, this is a very useful add-on to firefox. The beauty of it is that the ftp client is built into a new tabbed page within firefox making it perfect for quick access.
FireFTP is a cross-platform FTP client for Mozilla Firefox which provides easy and intuitive access to FTP servers.

I’m using it also and it’s wonderful! No need to have my other FTP program cluttering up my taskbar.
