conference mode and onenote

May 15th, 2005 Posted in Uncategorized

Over the last three days I have been at a conference. No big deal, other than it was the first time I was at a conference with onenote on my notebook. I was interested in how onenote would go in the rush to get notes down in a hurry.

I was impressed. The ability to position the cursor anywhere and type away is great for the note taking rush as you attempt to get the pearl of wisdom down. The other cool thing is that in a lull of wisdom from the speaker you can shift the notes around on your screen and create some visual links between your notes.

I sense that I am still not using the flags functionality to its potential so I need to play with that a bit.

First conference and a tick of approval for onenote.
