This is a very nice addition to your windows xp tool kit. It replaces the alt-tab windows xp functionality and you should note if you are using the task switcher that is in the powertools suite it will also replace that one too.

A very slick and stylish task switcher that has a low footprint in resources as far as I can tell. It has made it on to my computer.
