Cyberia points out this linux distribution chooser. This is very handy. I have often thought that one of the downfalls of linux was ironically the many choices available. Every linux user you speak to swears by their distrubution. Even knowledge on how to do things from one distribution to another varies. So, once you build up some knowledge on one flavour you might be relunctant to move across to another.
