gmail return address

Lifehacker points out an article from Zdnet that mentions that google have upgraded gmail with an incredibly handy feature – that of being able to set your reply email address as the same as the one that it was sent to.

This is an absolute godsend to me who manages a number of email address – all of whom get sent to gmail. I have found gmail to be wonderful way to manage my email.

“To enable the new feature, go to Settings -> Accounts and change the “When I receive a message sent to one of my addresses:” option to “Reply from the same address my message was sent to.” I personally manage several email addresses from my Gmail account, so this added feature is huge for me. I’ve slapped my head way too many times after replying with my default Gmail address rather than the address the email was sent to. Thank you, Google.”
