windows vista images
techrepublic has some awesome high quality images of the latest windows vista beta. Some of them show details that I had not seen before - there is no doubt that in terms of looks this is a huge leap forward for Microsoft.
You would have to say that Apple Mac has lead the way for so long now that it almost seems strange to see sexy and good looking screens from Microsoft. It seems even stranger that Microsoft has taken so long to realize that when people spend so much time in front of their computers - some for fun and other for work, they want to be in environments that look good. It is not enough to have the function to do the job, the way you look is also important.
