Hey OneNote experts - question - can I set up One Note to use the predefined funcionality for separate accounts like a mini CRM?

In other words I have to manage 5 separate accounts and was hopoing that I could create 5 separate - but exact instances of the One Note default installation and label and use each installation as I would a profile in a CRM?

Any suggestions welcome thx!
